Meet Sam, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in commercial property management. Throughout his career, Sam has consistently managed +/- 1.2 million square feet of commercial properties with efficiency and proficiency.

His expertise extends to property budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and due diligence on new acquisitions. Sam’s proactive approach and ability to drive tangible results have led to numerous successes, including renegotiating waste hauling services resulting in annual savings of nearly $200,000.

He has also conducted audits resulting in increased revenues and implemented streamlined processes for improved efficiency. With a track record of managing portfolios across diverse regions, Sam brings invaluable insights and a commitment to excellence to every project. Andy Jonsson

Andy Jonsson is a Partner and co-founder of ROME Real Estate Group, Inc.

A Sacramento native and a graduate of Christian Brothers High School and California State University Sacramento (Sacramento State University), Andy blends a dynamic career in commercial real estate and accounting. Andy graduated from Sacramento State University and majored in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. Andy is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Commercial Real Estate. His journey in the professional realm began at a major national accounting firm which culminated as a manager with the CPA certification (expired). Andy oversaw large teams engaging in financial audit and consulting services for medium to large sized companies and not for profits across various sectors, including Food & Agriculture, Oil and Gas, and Healthcare.

Transitioning into commercial real estate in 2018, Andy rapidly ascended to Vice President of Brokerage at Ethan Conrad Properties. His remarkable track record encompasses personally brokering hundreds of commercial real estate transactions including representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Andy’s expertise lies in investment sales, identifying value-add commercial real estate opportunities, and leasing commercial properties in Northern California and the Central Valley. His deep understanding of real estate markets, combined with his accounting acumen, positions him uniquely in the industry, making him a pivotal asset to ROME Real Estate Group and its clients.

Andy lives in Sacramento with his wife and two young children and currently sits as the Board Chairman of the not-for-profit Easters Seals Superior California.

CHASE BURKE

Chase Burke is a Partner and co-founder of ROME Real Estate Group. Specializing in the leasing and sales of retail commercial properties in the Greater Sacramento Area, Chase brings valuable experience to every transaction.

Chase launched his career in commercial real estate in 2016 at Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. Within a span of five years, he progressed from an Associate to the Senior Vice President of Retail Properties, before co-founding ROME Real Estate Group in 2021.

Over the course of his career, Chase has successfully closed over 650 transactions, totaling more than 1.7 million square feet, with a total transaction volume exceeding $120 million.

While at Ethan Conrad Properties, Chase earned the Broker of the Year Award three times (2017, 2019, 2020). He also received the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE) Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and ACRE’s Next Gen Retail Broker of the Year Award in 2019.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Chase has real estate in his blood. His parents own and operate their own residential real estate brokerage in the area. Chase obtained his license and started closing deals in 2010 while he was still in college at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS).

Chase thoroughly enjoys the business and takes great satisfaction in working with his clients to achieve their goals.
