ROME Real Estate Group acquires B&Z Properties to expand property management services

ROME Real Estate Group, a premier commercial brokerage and property management company serving the Greater Sacramento Area, today announced the acquisition of B&Z Properties to vastly expand its property management portfolio. In the region for more than two decades, B&Z Properties manages a diverse collection of office, industrial, retail, and recreational properties. ROME will take on the entire portfolio and all team members will join the ROME offices, located in Sacramento and Folsom.

B&Z Properties, which also offers development and investment services, specializes in the management of select properties throughout the region, from office to retail. Property management services include monthly rent collection, maintenance, financial reporting, tenant communications, 24-hour crisis availability, and multi-year building plans. B&Z also handles construction management, using their expertise to guide owners with tenant improvement budgets along with selecting and overseeing architects and contractors.
