ROME uses Yardi's CommercialCafe tenant portal. Log in to see your account and statements, pay online and submit maintenance requests. Don't have a login yet? Email propertymanagement@romecre.com and we'll send you an invite.
Maintenance
Report an issue
Submit requests in the tenant portal, with our online maintenance form, or by email to propertymanagement@romecre.com. Include your property, suite number and what the issue is. For urgent issues like a leak, no power or a safety concern, call (916) 932-2199. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 first.
